Who I am

About us

We are a collaboration of counsellors and therapists able to tailor therapy to the personal difficulties you are experiencing. We believe therapy should be accessible for everyone. We specialise in different areas to give you confidence the therapist is the right person for you.

How I work

Our approach

We believe that the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of good therapy. Our aim is to offer a space that feels genuinely safe — somewhere you can speak honestly, without fear of judgement, and begin to make sense of what you're carrying.

We draw on a range of approaches, including person-centred counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and we tailor the way we work to each individual. There's no one-size-fits-all in therapy — what matters most is that the approach fits you.

Whether you're coming with a specific difficulty or a more general sense that something isn't right, we'll work with you at your own pace, with warmth, honesty, and care.

A little about us

We are based in Somerset and see clients from across the local area as well as online across the UK. Outside of our practice, we are drawn to the outdoors — the Somerset landscape has a way of offering perspective that quietly informs the way we work.
